Micro-Needling
How does Micro Needling work?
The concept of micro needling is to create thousands of fine pricks (micro channels up to 1.5mm) close to one another on the epidermis (top layer) of the skin. This is done using a needle cartridge with super fine needles inserted into the skin. This skin needling process creates thousands of small injuries that awaken the skin’s natural post-traumatic skin healing process. It releases growth factors and infiltration of fibroblasts. This process happens automatically and produces activity that instructs fibroblasts to produce more Collagen and elastic. The first stages of skin renewal will start showing within 2 – 4 weeks, with its full effect visible after about 12 weeks. After which the skin will continue to improve.
